Our client, a government technology (Govtech) company, had been growing rapidly by winning new contracts and was looking for a dedicated recruiting partner that had the ability to support and deliver results in a highly demanding environment.
The typical roles this client was looking to fill were technical cybersecurity offense and defense roles that included pen testers, reverse engineers, and malware analysts under their CyberSecurity practice in San Antonio, TX, and Software engineers and Devsecops talent for their Reston and San Antonio offices.
The additional ask from this client included finding talent that had clearances starting from secret and above. Additionally, they were looking for a partner who could help them streamline their recruiting process, reduce costs, and improve their time-to-hire metrics.

FillMyJobs took a full lifecycle recruiting approach to address our client's staffing needs and accomplished the following tasks to create a seamless experience for our client where we literally became the extension of their internal team to increase their bandwidth, reduce costs and build top-of-the-funnel sourcing with screening and validation built for the middle of the funnel.
We also worked the bottom of the funnel and helped with candidate interviews, interview debriefs, and socializing offers as requested by our client on a case-to-case basis. We set up a dedicated team of offshore recruiters in India to handle sourcing and screening of candidates. This helped us significantly reduce costs while maintaining quality.
